The 14-day free trial is how you try TalkHereNow without risk: we take a card, but nothing is charged until day 15. Cancel before then and you pay nothing at all. After that it's $15/month, and you can cancel whenever you like from your account with no fee, and you keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for. Because access is immediate and digital, fees are generally non-refundable once a paid period starts, though we review requests case by case. For renewals, cancel before the renewal date to avoid the charge.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing and you keep access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. There is no cancellation fee.
Refunds
Because TalkHereNow provides immediate digital access, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun. That said:
- The free trial comes first. New subscriptions start with a 14-day free trial. You are not charged during it, and cancelling before it ends costs you nothing, so you can evaluate the product in full without needing a refund at all.
- Case-by-case review. Once a paid period has started, we review refund requests individually and prioritise billing errors, duplicate charges, and verified non-functional access. Email support@talkherenow.com within 14 days of the charge and a person will read it.
- Founders (annual) plan. The annual fee covers your first year. After the charge it is generally non-refundable, subject to the same case-by-case review above, and you can cancel any time to stop future renewals.
- Renewals. Recurring renewal charges are non-refundable, but you can cancel any time before your renewal date to avoid being charged.
- Technical issues. If a problem on our side prevents you from using the service and we can't resolve it, contact us and we'll make it right, which may include a refund.
Where your local law grants statutory consumer or cooling-off rights, those rights apply in addition to this policy.
How to request a refund
Email support@talkherenow.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within two business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment provider, who acts as the merchant of record.
