TalkHereNow is a digital subscription service. Here's exactly how cancelling and refunds work.

Cancel anytime. 14-day window on your first purchase.

Cancel whenever you like from your account, with no fee, and you keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for. Because access is immediate and digital, fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period starts. But if it's your first purchase and you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days for a refund. For renewals, cancel before the renewal date to avoid the charge.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing and you keep access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. There is no cancellation fee.

Refunds

Because TalkHereNow provides immediate digital access, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun. That said:

  • 14-day window. If this is your first purchase and you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your initial payment and we'll refund it, provided the service hasn't been substantially used or misused.
  • Founders (annual) plan. First-time annual purchases qualify for the same 14-day refund window from the purchase date. After 14 days the annual fee is non-refundable, but you can cancel to stop future renewals.
  • Renewals. Recurring renewal charges are non-refundable, but you can cancel any time before your renewal date to avoid being charged.
  • Technical issues. If a problem on our side prevents you from using the service and we can't resolve it, contact us and we'll make it right, which may include a refund.

Where your local law grants statutory consumer or cooling-off rights, those rights apply in addition to this policy.

How to request a refund

Email support@talkherenow.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within two business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment provider, who acts as the merchant of record.
